Wild Chicken Surprise is a collection of family recipes and tips from 30+ years of cooking. This book was written at the request of my daughters and includes the dishes they enjoyed as children. Many of the dishes were prepared by my parents for me and my siblings while we were growing up in the 1960's and '70's. Some of my favorites are included in this book to share with future generations as a family history through cooking. Feeding others is one of my favorite ways to express my love. I hope this book will help my daughters to do the same for their own families someday.
